This series of 4, 60 minute classes are designed to introduce you to the MELT Method Level 1 and guide you through a variety of techniques to decrease pain & tension and increase range of motion & performance. This course has been designed for both those who are new to the MELT method, and people who have completed the MELT Introduction course. It can also form a good refresher for those who are familiar with MELT. It is ideal for athletes, those looking to improve performance or if you are looking to prevent injury or reduce chronic pain.
If you haven’t done MELT before we do have 1-to-1 MELT sessions which can be booked before attending the course if you want to be a step ahead.
Learn how to:
Identify where you have stuck stress in your body, a major cause of chronic aches and pains
Use the MELT Hand & Foot Treatment, a unique indirect treatment for your whole body
Improve your Body Sense and notice the changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment and balance
Activate your own core strength and stability
Use the MELT Soft Body Roller to rehydrate the tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion
